You can pay cash on delivery, after you open and check the parcel, or pay in advance by bank transfer and get Rs 200 off. The bank details are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Delivery is free.
What if I want to return it?
You can return it within 14 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it. The scale should be in its original packaging.
What if the parcel arrives damaged?
Record an unboxing video when you open the parcel. If it is damaged, share the video with us on WhatsApp and we will send a free replacement.
How accurate are the body fat and muscle numbers?
The scale measures your weight and shows it on the display. Body fat, muscle and water are estimates calculated in the free OKOK International app. Use them to follow your own trend, not as medical readings.
Is the glass strong? Does it need batteries?
The platform is tempered glass, rated up to 180 kg. Place it on a flat, hard floor and stand in the centre. Like any glass product, it can break if dropped or hit hard. It runs on 2 × AAA batteries, included in the box.
